FRED
Fred is our 3 year old African Grey parrot.
He is extremely intelligent and speaks a lot of words and sentences.
We can teach him a new phrase in only a few days which I find amazing.
He does not swear as I do not think it is funny when parrots reel off a load of rude words.
We teach him nice phrases and sometimes the odd mad one.
His latest being'Help shark'

TANGO
Tango is a 4 year old Sun Conure.
He is a very beautiful bird and is gorgeous to look at.
He is generally well behaved but does have a reputuation for biting strangers.
He is very much a one person bird and luckily for me I am that person.
He has some strange habits like sleeping on me whilst I am watching telly...on his side.
He does say his name but does not talk anymore than that.
He is usually very quiet but does have odd times when he screeches very loudly which can be deafening but thankfully that is not very often.
He really loves bathtime and will play with the tap and sit under it which is funny to watch.
THE CANARIES
We had a friend who knew someone wanting to find a good home for their canaries.
I had always liked the canary song so my husband built a gorgeous aviary and we rehomed these gorgeous birds.
They are lovely to hear singing when you get up in the morning and are all very sweet when you go in to feed them.
